Christmas starts here! Step inside Magheramorne Estate as we welcome the return of our Festive Fair for two days of Christmas shopping, seasonal food, and festive cheer.

Our Victorian manor house will be dressed for the season and filled with a carefully selected collection of independent makers, producers and local businesses. Browse beautiful gifts, homeware, crafts and Christmas treats, with plenty of opportunity to find something a little different for everyone on your list — and perhaps something for yourself too.

A Taste of Magheramorne

Jane’s Kitchen will be joining the Festive Fair too, with a selection of our own produce and festive favourites available to buy and take home.

Our Festive Fair Café will also be open throughout the day from 10:00 until 20:00, serving a special seasonal menu of warming dishes, sweet treats and festive drinks.

Whether you’re seeking unique gifts, a catch-up with friends, or simply a cosy and joyful atmosphere, we have everything you need to make this Christmas truly special.

Morning session 10.00 – 13.00 (Last entry at 12:00) 

Afternoon session 13.00 – 16.00 (Last entry at 15.00) 

Twilight session 16.00 – 19.00 (Last entry at 18.00) 

During out Twilight sessions, the stalls close at 7pm, but there’s no need to rush home. Our café remains open until 8pm on both evenings, giving you time to finish your shopping before sitting down to eat, enjoy a drink and make a little more of your visit to the Estate.

Car ticket – £25 per car
One ticket covers everyone travelling together in one car — great value for families and groups, and an easy way to make your journey more eco friendly. Upon arrival, present the car ticket at the entrance and all passengers in the vehicle will be granted entry. 

Individual ticket – £8 per person
Perfect for individuals or couples.
