Friday 6 November 2026 From £225 per person
Join us on Friday 6th November for the Wine & Dine Escape: an exquisite overnight stay with fine dining and expertly paired wines, in partnership with JN Wine.
Our acclaimed culinary team has created a carefully curated 5 course fine dining menu that celebrates seasonal ingredients and confident, balanced flavours. Rooted in the heritage of Jane’s Kitchen, each dish reflects decades of expertise, with a focus on produce, provenance and precision.
Every course is paired with a thoughtfully selected wine, chosen by Mark Weaver of Quinta de la Rosa and Daniele Marconi of Tenuta Argentiera. Throughout the evening, Mark and Daniele will guide guests through each pairing, sharing their knowledge, passion and the fascinating stories behind the wines, creating an experience that is as engaging as it is delicious.
After dinner, enjoy a nightcap before retiring to your beautifully appointed bedroom for a great night’s rest, followed by our iconic estate breakfast the next morning.
From the first pour to check-out, this is an escape like no other. Relaxed, unhurried and designed for those who appreciate exceptional food, remarkable wines and great conversation.
Terms & Conditions:
Daniele grew up in the village of Buonconvento, a small village at the foot of the Brunello di Montalcino region, where his first experience in wine began at the age of 5, helping his uncle deliver Chianti and at 14 working in the vineyards each summer, managing the canopy and participating in the harvest. After studying Marketing and Economics at Glasgow Caledonian University, he returned to Italy to build a career in the wine industry, holding senior roles at Poggio Antico and Capanna before joining Argentiera in Bolgheri. Today he oversees key international markets across North America and Northern Europe, combining commercial expertise with a deep respect for the traditions and craftsmanship of Italian winemaking.
Perched on the stunning Tuscan coast in the prestigious Bolgheri DOC, Tenuta Argentiera is one of Italy’s most celebrated estates. Blessed with some of the region’s highest vineyards and cooling sea breezes, the winery produces elegant, world-class wines that combine power with remarkable finesse. Tenuta Argentiera captures the unique character of Bolgheri in every bottle. Join us as we discover the passion, terroir and craftsmanship behind one of Tuscany’s most exciting producers.”
Mark is the youngest member of the Bergqvist family to join Quinta de La Rosa, returning last year from Australia where he deepened his passion for wine and honed his skills in sales. Growing up between England and Portugal, it has always been a long-awaited dream. La Rosa has been part of his life from the very beginning, he still remembers serving guests at 11 years old in his swimming trunks, back when the estate ran as a small B&B. A graphic designer by trade, Mark created his first wine label (Tim 2013) at 16 years old and now brings that same eye to refreshing the estate’s visual identity.
Nestled in the heart of Portugal’s spectacular Douro Valley, Quinta de la Rosa is a family-owned estate with over a century of winemaking heritage. Renowned for producing both world-class Ports and elegant Douro table wines, the estate combines traditional craftsmanship with modern, sustainable viticulture to express the unique character of its vineyards. Join us as we explore the history, passion and exceptional wines that have made Quinta de la Rosa one of the Douro’s most respected family producers.”
