One of our most popular additions is the signature cocktail tower, a stylish and celebratory way to kick off the festivities. Served on a tiered stand in the Library Bar, just next to the ambient Conservatory, it’s not only a talking point – it’s a brilliant photo opportunity.

Choose two of your favourite cocktails, with options including:

• Espresso Martini
• Bramble
• Moscow Mule
• Cosmopolitan
• Margarita (or go bold with a spicy Marg!)
• Whiskey Sour
• Negroni
• French Martini

Whether you go classic or contemporary, this is a perfect way to weave in your tastes or even a bit of personality. Some couples even name their signature drinks in honour of their beloved dogs, a playful touch that wedding guests love.

The Spritz Station: Summer in a glass

For outdoor receptions or relaxed arrivals, the Spritz Station is a showstopper. Styled seasonally with fresh fruit and florals, it brings a refreshing twist to your drinks menu – ideal for warmer months or a touch of Italian flair.

We offer two formats:
